Filing a Notice of Copyright Infringement

- Your signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that a DMCA notice has been filed against you in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, your counter-notification must include the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: Provide sufficient detail to identify the specific material that was removed or disabled.
- Your contact information: Include your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- Statement of good faith belief: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Your signature: An electronic or physical signature.
